Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and also attentive staff. Hotel also located not too far from Sanur Beach

Un lloc agradable i un personal excel·lent! Bon menjar, recepcionista molt complaent i gent atenta. Assequible i molt recomanable.

We had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had no issues at all from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Can't fault anything : Amazing room, amazing staff, everything just exceptional. Only one negative is that this will ruin every other hotel for us now haha. We are already looking at coming back to stay again at the Meru.

transport access: It on the road going towards Sanur Harbour. Sanur Harbour is approx 2km from the Hotel. Hotel even provides free shuttle to Sanur Beach. cleanliness: Rooms were clean service: Fast service breakfast: The items spread was good. Has a live Egg station, 3 vegetarian items as well. It had a Fruit and dessert section. The entire staff was polite and always ready to help. Note : They give a free water refill if you bring your bottle.

La suite familiar era molt agradable i espaiosa, tenia una zona de menjador, un sofà i, pel que fa al bany, hi havia una dutxa i una banyera. El lloc estava net i el servei de neteja passava cada dia. El personal va ser molt servicial sempre que vam tenir algun problema (coses menors com recanvis de tovalloles, la porta no tancava un cop, la targeta no funcionava algunes vegades), però tot es va solucionar ràpidament. El dispensador d'aigua era fora de l'habitació, així que havíem de sortir per omplir l'ampolla, però tampoc passava res. El bufet d'esmorzar del matí estava força bé. És fàcil agafar un taxi des d'aquí i també hi ha una botiga de conveniència a prop. En general, estem satisfets amb l'estada :)
