We had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had no issues at all from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Can't fault anything : Amazing room, amazing staff, everything just exceptional. Only one negative is that this will ruin every other hotel for us now haha. We are already looking at coming back to stay again at the Meru.

transport access: It on the road going towards Sanur Harbour. Sanur Harbour is approx 2km from the Hotel. Hotel even provides free shuttle to Sanur Beach. cleanliness: Rooms were clean service: Fast service breakfast: The items spread was good. Has a live Egg station, 3 vegetarian items as well. It had a Fruit and dessert section. The entire staff was polite and always ready to help. Note : They give a free water refill if you bring your bottle.

The place is clean and staffs are very nice. They provided all our requests. Even packed breakfast as early as 5:30am.

පවුලේ ස්වීට් කාමරය ඉතා අලංකාර සහ ඉඩකඩ සහිත විය, එහි කෑම කන ප්‍රදේශයක්, සෝෆා එකක් තිබූ අතර නාන කාමරයේ ෂවර් එකක් සහ නාන තටාකයක් (ටබ් එකක්) තිබුණි. මෙම ස්ථානය පිරිසිදු වූ අතර දිනපතා කාමර පිරිසිදු කිරීමේ සේවාව (housekeeping) ක්‍රියාත්මක විය. අපට යම් යම් ගැටළු මතු වූ විට (තුවා ලබා ගැනීම, දොරක් වැසීමට නොහැකි වීම, කාඩ්පත ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවූ අවස්ථා වැනි කුඩා දේවල්) කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය ඉතා උදව්ශීලී වූ අතර, ඒ සියල්ල ඉක්මනින් විසඳා දෙන ලදී. ජීවත්වන කාමරය පිටත ජල බෙදුම් යන්ත්‍රයක් (Water dispenser) තිබූ බැවින් ජලය පුරවා ගැනීමට එළියට යාමට සිදු වූ නමුත් එය ගැටළුවක් නොවීය. උදෑසන ආහාර බුෆේ එක හොඳ මට්ටමක පැවතුණි. මෙහි සිට කුලී රථ (cab) ලබා ගැනීම පහසු වන අතර, ආසන්නයේ පහසුකම් සපයන වෙළඳසැලක් ද ඇත. සමස්තයක් ලෙස අපගේ නැවතී සිටීම පිළිබඳව සෑහීමකට පත්වෙමු :)

Enjoyed my stay here. It’s near the beach (walking distance) however you need to cross the road to get there and unfortunately the stop light in that area is not working properly which makes it scare to cross that road. Also there are no convenience store nearby (the closest you have to cross the road). As for the room, it was decent, good amount of space, comfy bed and the bathroom has hot water. Cleanliness is a bit rough though. Best part is that it’s near the port going to other islands and the Icon Bali mall.
