We had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had no issues at all from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Can't fault anything : Amazing room, amazing staff, everything just exceptional. Only one negative is that this will ruin every other hotel for us now haha. We are already looking at coming back to stay again at the Meru.

transport access: It on the road going towards Sanur Harbour. Sanur Harbour is approx 2km from the Hotel. Hotel even provides free shuttle to Sanur Beach. cleanliness: Rooms were clean service: Fast service breakfast: The items spread was good. Has a live Egg station, 3 vegetarian items as well. It had a Fruit and dessert section. The entire staff was polite and always ready to help. Note : They give a free water refill if you bring your bottle.

The place is clean and staffs are very nice. They provided all our requests. Even packed breakfast as early as 5:30am.

The family suite was really nice and spacious, had a dining area, a couch, and for the bathroom there was a shower and a tub. The place was clean and there was housekeeping daily. Staff was helpful whenever we ran into problems (little things like towel refills, door couldn't close one time, card wasn't working a few times) but all fixable and fast. Water dispenser was outside the room so we need to walk out to refill but it's still okay. Morning breakfast buffet was decent. Easy to cab from here, and there's a convenient store nearby as well. Overall satisfied with the stay :)

Enjoyed my stay here. It’s near the beach (walking distance) however you need to cross the road to get there and unfortunately the stop light in that area is not working properly which makes it scare to cross that road. Also there are no convenience store nearby (the closest you have to cross the road). As for the room, it was decent, good amount of space, comfy bed and the bathroom has hot water. Cleanliness is a bit rough though. Best part is that it’s near the port going to other islands and the Icon Bali mall.
