If McD / KidZania parking is full, you can park at IKEA and walk over. Highly recommend pants with zip pockets so they can keep their KidZos money safely. Staff will brief the kids and give them around 40–50 KidZos to start. Kids then work different jobs to earn money. Some activities require them to pay KidZos to join. For F&B jobs like Subway, Baskin Robbins etc, payment is using real RM money or card, not KidZos. You can buy the passport for about RM45 per kid. With passport: Kids earn higher pay Get stamps for each job Activities that require payment get discounts Toilets, surau, food area, tables & chairs are all clean and well maintained. We went on a less crowded day – lucky us! Airasia (pilot & cabin crew), firefighter, etc require slot booking with your kid’s name. Others just need to queue. By 6pm, if your child collects 60 KidZos and above, they can go to Level 2 department store to redeem the adult ticket price feels a bit mahal since parents mostly just accompany and watch

Best main, staff are pun friendly. Go on weekdays, it's not too crowded and you need to book using the app. Don't worry, there are plenty of staff ready to help when we're first time users of the app.

Friendly staff who served the kids and their moms well. Went on a weekday, especially at the end of the year, and there were many school kids on field trips. They have grip socks and grip gloves ready. If you want to buy them there, it's RM 5/pair. The gloves are only suitable for those who want to use the ninja challenge. The ninja challenge is only for those 13 years and older; if you want to bring a child under 13, an adult must be present. The level is on the same floor as the food district, so it's easy to go in and out. Basically, all age groups can play.

This was so worth it! So easy to redeem and it was such an enjoyable experience for me and my daughter. We got to feed a capybara! Place is easy to find and I like it because it's indoors, so you'll have a great time, rain or shine. Staff was friendly. Surprisingly the food at the cafe was good too! We truly loved this experience and will definitely come back if we find ourselves in KL again!

This is the best and safer way to experience a sky dive for risk averse people like me. I even upgraded my second flight. I would love to repeat this again. This is quite far from KL sentral but grab car is reasonably price in Malaysia.

I went to a pottery class last week with my besties, and it was such a fun and memorable experience. None of us were experts, but that honestly made it even better we laughed through the messy parts and cheered each other on when something actually turned out decent. The instructor was patient and encouraging, which made the class feel relaxed and welcoming. Getting to create something with our hands while spending quality time together was really special. I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a creative and fun activity with your besties.

Very spacious, good place for family activities. Kids enjoyed it so much. Staff was so good and friendly. Very helpful assist us on jumping skills. Chairs for rest was a lot, very comfortable and easy parking also.

We really enjoyed our 80cm x 80cm tufting experience! The instructors guided us well, and overall, it was a fun and creative activity. Be prepared to spend at least 4 hours if you choose the same package, as it does take time. We only found out afterwards that it’s possible to return on a different day if you can’t complete it in one session—would have been helpful to know earlier. It was definitely tiring, but we’re very happy with the end product.
