My stay at Hotel Armada PJ was average and just okay overall. The location, staff, cleanliness, and atmosphere were all acceptable but nothing spectacular. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The internet/Wi-Fi connection was not good and quite frustrating to use during my stay. Additionally, the food definitely has room for improvement. It was a decent stay, but fixing the Wi-Fi and upgrading the food quality would make a big difference.

Stayed for just 1 night. Overall clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and environment. Did not use the facilities or eat there so can't comment. Only comment would be the quality of the towels, they were thin and rough. Could also provide a hand towel for convenience.

I stay at Armada Hotel, PJ about once a month for my business trips. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay, good service, and convenient location. The rooms are clean, and the staff are generally helpful. However, one recurring issue needs urgent attention — the bathroom sink is consistently clogged every time I check in. I hope the hotel management can look into this matter and fix the sink clogging issue as soon as possible. It would definitely improve the overall guest experience.

Stayed here to attend my friend’s wedding ceremony. The location is great, and the room was very clean with plenty of space. The only downside was that the toilet light felt a bit too dim. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Room is spacious, clean and tidy. The location is quite good. However, might need to do something regarding sound proofing. Can hear people talking outside when I tried to sleep. Lunch buffet is so nice. I love the food and desserts. Will come again next time.

We like the service there. The receptionist and the rest of the workers there are superb friendly and helpful. The food is a must to try and I definitely will come back for their buffet. The only my concern is there are ants in my room and that's really annoying. Aside from this, the water heater doesn't works well as I need to leave the tap open for 10 mins only the heater is working. But my friend who is staying another room don't have such problems.
