The hotel serves breakfast every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. From the hotel, there is a bus that you can ride to the train station. From the train station, you will be able to get to different places, like the Central Station, which is the main station. The room is a bit small but enough for one or two people, and it's an okay experience overall.

The 1 Avenue hotel got a good service and the room is clean. Easy access with the Mamak shop if your Hungry in the midnight. nearby in Bandar Utama Mall.

I have stay here numerous of time in the past, and I stayed here again for 2 nights and further extended another 2 nights because of job. Nothing to complain but praise. Enjoyed the breakfast and free flow of coffee & tea. I like to stay here because you can wake up a little bit late, don't have to worry for your breakfast😁hence will not be late to work✌️. Moreover the hotel has free parking space. Recommended !!!

10 min from Tenaga Switchgear, One Avenue has been my favourite hotel when I worked around this area. Free breakfast and the best part is "free parking"😀. Comfortable room size, clean room and there is a common area for ironing and drinking water refill. The room has all the amenities you need. Really value for money. Recommended!!!

One Avenue Hotel has been my favorite hotel when I come to Damansara because breakfast is included with free flow of coffee and tea and the parking is also free. I will normally stay here for a day when I need to travel north bound. Suitable for solo traveler on working trip. Clean, easy and convenient; nice budget hotel. Overall the rating is good.
