Fantastic 5.0

Friendly staff who served the kids and their moms well. Went on a weekday, especially at the end of the year, and there were many school kids on field trips. They have grip socks and grip gloves ready. If you want to buy them there, it's RM 5/pair. The gloves are only suitable for those who want to use the ninja challenge. The ninja challenge is only for those 13 years and older; if you want to bring a child under 13, an adult must be present. The level is on the same floor as the food district, so it's easy to go in and out. Basically, all age groups can play.

big space and was not crowded since we came on a weekday. it has everything for the entire family, gaming console games, an indoor playground and karaoke. really worth the money because there is no time limit. love that its located next to our accomodation at One World Hotel

I went with 1 adult and 3 children! Since all three children were under 12, the NINJA experience required one adult to accompany them, and it was a bit tiring to play along with them every time a child wanted to try an activity. It's a good idea to buy gloves (5 RM each) so that if each person has one, 1 adult and 3 children can play together. Non-slip socks are also essential! The ability to enter and exit freely was very helpful; we went out for lunch and then came back to play all day. In the evening, the staff members at the facility played with us a lot, which was very kind of them!

Very bad if come on weekday. Not many section open due to lack of staff and closed due to maintenance . I’m taking a leave on weekday so that can enjoy the games but very dissapointed when got to know the arcade games upstairs (nintendo & switch) are closed.

Next-Gen Family Edutainment Theme Park is a 45,000 sqft integrated indoor edutainment play space that features a Kid’s Playground and Play City.
