Tour is very comfortable, and the tour guide is very informative and communicative. Certain unavoidable delays because of snow storm happened, but nevertheless, we were able to come back earlier because of our guide. Ningle terrace is not passable die to the snow storm, but enjoyed the snow mobile so much because of the winter wonderland view!

I really enjoyed this tour. its my first time seeing penguins up close as they walk pass by me so its a core memory. my 2nd time to do snowmobile but would definitely do it everytime I visit Hokkaido. Our tour guide Kevin is very organized, informative, and he even goes beyond by taking Photos of us --- very good photos 😊to commemorate the trip.

It was a very good and fun trip! Our guide name is Tenzo and he is very helpful, knows a lot and competent. We got plenty of time during the trip because of his tips and trick and we managed to get to all the places without rushing, even got an additional time during every places. Overall it was an enjoyable trip! very recommend this tour. You don’t have to be worry for not being contacted after you book this tour, because they’ll contact you D-1 the tour date for your meeting time and else. I recommend to come early on the day so you can get the front seat and it really helps your mobility and time during the whole trip.

Our day trip through Hokkaido was an absolute dream, made even better by our incredible guide, Jenny. She truly deserves a 10/10 rating—her respectful nature, witty sense of humor, and deep knowledge of the area kept us entertained and informed all day long.
Asahiyama Zoo: The absolute star of the show was the penguin walk. Seeing them waddle up close was incredibly cute and a memory I’ll cherish! The polar bears, brown bears, and seals were equally adorable and active in the chilly weather.
Biei’s Natural Beauty: The Christmas Tree stood alone in the snow, looking truly majestic against the white landscape. While the Blue Pond wasn't actually blue, the snowy vista was still serene.
Shirahige Falls: This was the highlight of the scenery for me. The contrast of the blue water against the icicles was simply breathtaking.
The itinerary was well-paced, and Jenny’s lively energy made the long drives feel short.

My daughter was so excited to see animals in the snow. We’ve never been to a zoo where the entire park was white with snow! it felt magical, It can be very slippery so being snow spikes with you. Unfortunately one of the attractions was closed so they extended our time for the snow mobiles. We visited the Christmas Tree last. My family love snow so this day was magical for us.

Very beautiful scenery. The tour leader, Rourou, was attentive and gentle, and helped fellow travelers with their needs. The vehicle drove very smoothly on the snow-covered roads. The penguins were very cute, and Shirahige Falls was also very beautiful. I really enjoyed this trip. If friends or family come to Hokkaido next time, I'll bring them on this tour!

really recommed. more comfortable like privacy one with just a small group. tour guide translate english to me even all the people was chinese group. i really satisfied. the time gave also for me enough for walking around not too rush. really satisfy. goood!!! the scenery along the journey is also beautiful.
