JR INN Hotel is fantastic! The large public bath is great for relaxing after a long day. After a soak, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and admire the scenery in the relaxation area! Convenient transportation: The location is super convenient, right outside Asahikawa Station. It's easy to get to attractions with many buses available. We took a bus from Asahikawa to Sapporo in just 2 hours, which was super convenient. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Asahikawa! 👍

Awesome stay in Asahikawa. Hotel was just next to JR Asahikawa Station. Check in staff was helpful and able to get us our 2 rooms next to each other.The rooms were clean and up to standard. Toilet however was cramped and toilet bowl is a challenge for adults to sit on due to the small size.Everything else was great. Parking is behind the hotel in a multi-storey carpark and cost 1200yen/night (it is not free as I thought for hotel guest as per stated on the placecard hotel lobby). Do not lose your ticket as you need to pay at the reception counter before heading to your car. Nearby Aeon Mall for your food and shopping/groceries/cinema.
Hotel location: Next to JR Asahikawa Station and Bus Interchange.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Transport access: Right infront of the hotel's doorstep. Overall a good hotel to stay. Cheers!

Always my go to hotel in Asahikawa. This is my third or fourth time here. The best in location. It's in front of Asahikawa station and Aeon mall and within the shopping street. Of course, I'll stay here again when I return to Hokkaido.

I had a great experience at OMO5 before and I'm really looking forward to OMO7. The service staff are all very friendly, the lobby is well-designed, and the bed and pillows in the room are very comfortable. Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a rush this time and didn't have time for breakfast. The floating chair design in the large public bath is okay, but the bathroom with a bed and the aromatherapy room are a bit puzzling. The laundry room with 6 machines is great. During peak hours, if someone leaves their clothes in the machines after they're done, the staff will move them to save waiting time for others. Overall, it feels like an old hotel that has been renovated, so some of the spatial design feels a bit awkward, but since I don't use it, I just feel like it could be improved.

Service: Complimentary late-night ramen and ice cream service on the 10th floor. Washing machines are free (dryers are available for a fee).
Breakfast: Offers a variety of dishes. The taste is pretty good.

The hotel is very new. The rooms are large enough to open two 29-inch suitcases and still have space. It's clean and tidy, the hot spring is comfortable, and the service is also very good. The underground lounge has popsicles, drinks, coffee, and alcoholic beverages available.

My Tour Guide was Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin! She offered everyone to take their pictures (she’s very good at taking pictures!!! always say yes!!) Definitely recommend taking a Tour with her. I went on the Tour with the destinations Asahiyama Zoo, White beard waterfall, Ningle Terrace. The Ningle Terrace got canceled and replaced with the Blue Pond, due to weather conditions and limited Bus spots. This can happen any day unexpectedly, the Blue Pond was still nice but since it’s currently winter it was covered with snow and no blue was seen. Overall, happy with the Tour and definitely money worth!! My favorite was the Waterfall and the Penguin Walk at the Zoo!

Our guide Lily is nice & friendly. In overall the trip is good, just for Asahiyama Zoo was a bit rushed we do not have much time to spend to see the animals as we need to take lunch at the same time. The Snow mobile experience was great, just a bit pricey but worth to try once. Ningle Terrace is very cold as we arrive it’s already dark. We missed 1 itinerary which is the Ken & Mary tree, due to the snow weather.
