thank you Stephen, our tour guide! astig sya kase gusto nya on time lagi haha napaka organize. napaka bait at approachable kahit sa text/ whatsapp. at hndi sya budol kagaya ng ibang agency. jampacked ung tour!!!! nagbibigay din talaga sya ng tips kung ano bibilhin, san maganda bumili at alin ang hindi hahahahah i love this. 100% good!!!

Our tour guide was very informative, and we even got to visit Batu Caves even though it wasn't part of the package, which was a big plus. There's plenty of time for indoor and outdoor rides, but since we're in our thirties, we just played claw machines and took lots of pictures. Also, make sure to be on time, or you might get left behind by the tour. If you're traveling with vegetarians, there are fewer options for them, but if you're not, there are many choices available. Overall, the tour was a 10/10.

We travelled to Genting Highlands on a Friday morning from our hotel near KLCC central, and the journey was relatively smooth with minimal traffic condition. Our driver, Mr Rama was very friendly, patient and compassionate, especially when assisting our family’s senior members who needed extra help getting into the vehicle. This made the journey much more comfortable and stress free for us. Also, he was knowledgable about Genting Highlands and was able to answer our questions while sharing useful tips on what to be aware of during our trip.

We booked the Bukit Tinggi and Batu Caves day tour, and it turned out to be a private tour just for me and my sister, which made the experience even more enjoyable!
Our tour guide, Raj, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories about Malaysia, its culture, history, and local life while we were on the way to each destination. He also gave us enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed.
What made the tour extra special was that Raj introduced us to locally produced Malaysian fruits and local food, making the experience feel more authentic. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely made sure we had a great time.

Rahman was a very lovely driver. He provided us with excellent advice for each of the locations he took us to, and engaged in awesome conversation throughout the tour. we highly recommend this company and their private driving services!! the locations were amazing!!

Our driver, Richard, was very punctual, picking us up from the hotel at 8:15 AM and taking us to the cable car station. The ride was about an hour and very comfortable. After taking the cable car up, we first visited Chin Swee Caves Temple, then continued by cable car to Genting Highlands. We spent two hours playing arcade games and enjoying the indoor theme park. There were many excellent lunch options, and the Chinese restaurant is highly recommended. Finally, after browsing the outlet stores, we enjoyed a cup of coffee at the mall before heading back to the hotel at 4:30 PM.

Overall nice experience. Our guide Prema was very helpful and supportive.City tour was nice though felt nothing much to see as it was very hot during the time we visited. Guide helped us to find good photospots. Batu caves was good too. But the best part was Genting Highland and Chin Swee temple , it felt like we are in monsoon wonderland. Weather was foggy and drizzling. Cable car experience was nice too though there was 15-20 mins waiting.
