Best of the best, my 1st room had issue, the wall came off, the washroom was very smelly even housekeeper came to fix it, I stayed at Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel for 3 day 2 nights, but due to fully booked only I extended to this hotel. But reception was very nice, he helped me by the best he can, finally changed room which is clean and no issue (finally the washroom smells good). They’ve also provided compensation due to the issue. Will stay again soon🙆🏻✨

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s definitely worth the money, offering great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight was the breathtaking view overlooking Genting Highlands was absolutely stunning, especially in the morning and at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, a comfortable stay, and excellent value, I highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely come back again!

A small highlight was the thoughtful and premium packaging on the toiletries, which added a nice touch to the stay. ​Location & Accessibility: The hotel is not within walking distance of the main Genting area, so keep transportation in mind. However, getting around is manageable—you can either use e-hailing services or take advantage of the hotel’s shuttle bus, which runs on an hourly schedule. ​Facilities & Service: Overall, the hotel offers great facilities that make the stay comfortable and pleasant.
