My family and I had a relaxing weekend getaway at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. We stayed in the Family Suite on Saturday and were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for the whole family. The atmosphere was peaceful and ideal for a short retreat. I booked a penthouse on Level 24 at Grand lon Delemen, and it was an excellent choice for our stay. The unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were well-designed and cozy, with beautiful mountain views that added a premium feel to the experience. One of the highlights was the huge balcony, offering stunning views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Overall, it was a luxurious, peaceful, and enjoyable stay in Genting Highlands. Highly recommended for comfort and relaxation.

Service is ok but the toilet door have to slammed a bit to in order to close it tightly or else the door will not be closed and it is quite a distance to First World Hotel and will have to take a shuttle bus (which you have to pay a bit per person). So far everything is ok just that when you want some amenities will have to go down to the reception to get it or to ask for a clean up room and the housekeeping did not top up fully. Looks pretty old as well and breakfast is always the same for the few days that we stayed in.
