The hotel has easy access and close to main attractions..... Convinent checkin and checkout process... transports are easily available...Rooms are also very comfortable

*Unforgettable experience at Resorts World Genting! 5/5* We visited Resorts World Genting with my wife for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The whole resort is like a city in the clouds — cool weather, endless entertainment, and so much to do. We stayed at Genting Grand, room was clean, comfortable with great hill view, fast WiFi and warm service. Check-in was smooth despite the crowd. Highlight was SkyWorlds Theme Park — thrilling rides and very well maintained. Skytropolis indoor park, shopping mall with 200+ stores, and countless dining options from Malaysian to international cuisine made it perfect. We loved the cable car ride — breathtaking views. Staff were polite and helpful everywhere. Casino, shows, and nightlife add excitement, but it's also very family-friendly. Only tip: weekends are crowded, so book theme park tickets and hotel early, and bring a light jacket — it's cold at 6,000 ft. Overall, fantastic getaway — fun, clean, safe, and full of memories.

The hotel is very large, but don’t expect the rooms to be spacious. However, if you think of the hotel simply as a place to sleep and don’t expect too much, it’s not a bad option for the price. Some of the staff handling check-in can be unfriendly, so make sure you get in the right line. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

unable to check in via the machine, have to check in via the front counter. the front counter wait for almost 2 hours even though the Queue was under the Priority Section. I was asked to paid RM26 for the Tourism Tax but it was already included during my booking via klook.

Easy booking from klook..have a discount. Everything was good..self check in..fast and easy..cozy room n bathroomn n toilet is clean..near the theme park ..
