On Christmas Eve with a lovely weather, we were lucky to see everything except one type of monkeys. Very helpful guides, who made the whole tour more memorable. Didn't expect much from the Malaysian style dinner, which was eaten at 4:30, LOL!

Relax trip, value for money. well plan and nice dinner provided. hotel pickup and drop off is the plus one. wild life trips must depend on your luck, not 100% can see the monkey, firefly 100% can see and it was amazing. boat man use light to attract the firefly to come towards you. very nice.

It was a very fun trip to two different islands. the tour guide was very nice and have very clear responsible communication with everyone in my group.

Handsome Jeff was a very friendly guide!!He was very knowledgeable about Malaysia and the countries of his guests and shared many stories with us.We had a great time with him and would recommend him to everyone( ◠‿◠ )

Jai and Selina was very accommodating. one of our member had food poisoning the day before and after discussion last minute (literally 30 mins before) they were ok to postpone the trip to later date at a small penalty fee. Jai is safe driver and knowledgeable guide, he was accommodating as well, always showing us around and helping with photography. We’re 3 adults 3 child so the 3 locations was just nice for us in terms of stops. We had sufficient photo op, experienced feeding the calf, tasting some desa farm yogurt, etc.

100/100! The tour is very fun, Our tour guide Kelvin (indomie guy) explained to us a lot of fun fact regarding Sabah. And the lunch is delicious. Highly recommend!

Baoqing was truly our guide of the day. Although I’m a local and have joined multiple tour agencies to Mantanani Island and the Kawa-Kawa River, Baoqing stood out as an exceptional tour guide who showed me how much difference a good guide can make to a trip. He provided clear and detailed information from the beginning until the end, including estimated travel times to each destination, which is especially important for foreign tourists. What impressed me most was his attentiveness during the snorkelling session, where he took the initiative to ask who could and could not swim—something none of the other tour agencies I’ve experienced ever considered. The tour assistants were friendly, patient, and very considerate despite doing this work repeatedly, and their professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience. For firefly-watching tours, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to help upgrade and enhance the tourist experience, as I studied firefly tourism during my master’s degree.

It's my first time in Kota Kinabalu, and a friend recommended visiting Mount Kinabalu. I saw that Fubon Bank had a discount of 120, so I bought it after arriving in Kota Kinabalu, which was very convenient (you only need to purchase it 24 hours before departure). The day before departure, the tour guide will send reminders via WhatsApp about things to note, such as umbrellas, jackets, mosquito repellent, etc., which is super thoughtful. ???????? On the day of departure, we waited in the hotel lobby at 7:00 AM, and they picked us up to set off together. There were 6 people in the group (all ladies), and the tour guide was very attentive ????????. It rained heavily this morning, and I was worried that it would affect the trip. Fortunately, the weather cleared up almost when we arrived at the first attraction, and we could experience the local culture.
