The hotel was fine overall and met basic expectations. One downside was that the toilet hand-wash area was not yet completed and still have the stain on it. Once this is fixed, the stay would be much more comfortable.

Surprised that there is no wifi in the room although there’s wifi at lobby. It’s good actually to minimize emf exposure, after all we already have local SIM card.
Room and ensuite toilet are quite spacious, comfortable, large table space, and with plenty of tv channels. Location is quite good, with Suria mall, many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.
They require $100 cash deposit upon check in. During check out, they took a while to inspect the room before returning the deposit.
We accidentally left behind a handphone. Luckily they have checked the room and have thus picked it up when we called to check. So we can immediately go back to pick it up.
One thing lacking is that they only provide 2 towels even though we have 3 people upon check-in and after room service. But they provided the third towel upon request promptly.
