Tokyo Fuji Mountain and Lake Kawaguchi Day Trip

My first visit to Japan, and have a sight of the majestic Mount Fuji is a wonderful experience. We were lucky that it was an exceptionally clear day allowing us to have a good view of the iconic mountain. Spent the day taking loads of memorable pictures with the mountain's backdrop. A must see!

An absolutely amazing experience! Trying the matcha treats at Shikido while enjoying a clear view of Mount Fuji was unforgettable — the perfect combo near Lake Kawaguchiko. The pagoda was another highlight, not just for its breathtaking scenery but also for the mini workout going up and down those steps! And of course, GOTEMBA Outlet is a must-visit. So many great finds at unbelievably high discounts — definitely worth the trip.

Our tour guide Vicki was very friendly and experienced. She could speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. The coach was comfortable and very clean. The car ride was pleasant and my kid didn’t get car sick which I was worried before the trip. Overall speaking, we’re very happy with the tour and will recommend to friends.

The tour guide's explanation was very professional, kind, friendly, and attentive to the group members. The driver's driving was professional and steady. The itinerary, other than the shopping stops, was a little lacking, but we went to all the places we were supposed to go, so we didn't have any regrets.

Mt. Fuji The Mt Fuji tour was very interesting. The tour guide was very energetic and helpful. The matcha making ceremony was interesting and didn't take too much time. The observation deck for Mt. Fuji was also very fun, despite it being tiring. The Gotemba Outlet was also very fun, just enough time to go around the outlets. Unfortunately for us, Mt. Fuji did not show, so ideally you should book this during warmer weather.

I just returned from this trip , and I can't recommend it enough! Our tour guide - Sofi, was exceptional—her knowledge and passion truly brought the journey to life. She was not only informative but also made every moment enjoyable with her cheerful demeanor. The itinerary was well-planned, offering a perfect balance of exploration and relaxation. Thank you, Sofi, for an unforgettable experience!

Of all my participation of local tour, this one stands out from the rest. Tina our guide deserves the unilateral recognition of credit. She is fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and as a tourist whom grew up knowing this three language, her translation is simply exemplary. This has proven way above her meticulous work on giving participants a good analytical understanding of her given guide and we really appreciate her dedication on this event. She is humble and interacts with participants with sincerity and respect.

This trip is a very enjoyable trip. The picture taking and the matcha experience are indeed very memorable. We are also glad that this trip includes a 3 hours shopping at Gotemba Outlet, although we think we need more than 3 hours. Tina, the tour guide, speaks fluent English and is very friendly, approachable and considerate. The bus ride is pleasant and have wifi available. There is also a toilet break on the way which is very useful. Kudos to all.
