• As a join-in group tour, we strictly adhere to Japanese traffic and operational schedules. We must enforce a strict policy regarding punctuality.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point (in front of the Shinjuku LOVE Object) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• The bus will depart strictly on time and will not wait for latecomers. If you fail to board the bus due to personal reasons (e.g., getting lost, train delays, or oversleeping), it will be deemed a "No-Show" and an automatic cancellation. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted under any circumstances.
• The planned 3-hour stay at Gotemba is subject to traffic conditions. During winter weekends and holiday periods, heavy traffic may require shortening the stay to around 2 hours or adjusting the itinerary to ensure a safe return to Tokyo. No refunds or complaints regarding these necessary adjustments will be accepted.
• Yeti Snow Resort uses artificial snowmaking, so the tour will proceed as planned even if natural snowfall is insufficient. No cancellations or refunds are available for this reason. If severe blizzards force the resort or roads to close, alternative attractions or a partial refund may be offered.
• The 2-hour stay is mainly for sledding and snow play. Skiers and snowboarders should assess whether the time is sufficient and prioritize safety. Waterproof, non-slip shoes and warm gloves are strongly recommended.
• Please note that you can choose to spend your free time shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets or relaxing at Konohana no Yu, an open-air hot spring next to the mall with views of Mt. Fuji. Hot spring admission fees are not included.
• Guests with tattoos of any size, including temporary tattoo stickers, are not permitted to enter Konohana no Yu's baths. No refunds will be provided if guests are asked to leave for violating this rule. Guests who have consumed alcohol or have severe heart disease or high blood pressure should also avoid bathing.
• Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage up to 28 inches. Please indicate your luggage details in the “Remarks” section when booking. If you fail to notify us in advance and the bus luggage compartment is full, boarding may be denied.
• Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate and receive their own bus seat. Infants aged 2 and under travel free when seated on an adult's lap, with a maximum of one lap infant per adult. To reserve a separate seat for an infant, please book at the adult rate.
• Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used instead of a large bus.
• If you require special assistance or arrangements, such as wheelchair access or assistance with young children, please inform us when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional fees may apply.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
• Please be considerate of passengers behind you when reclining your seat. For safety reasons, the tour conductor may ask you not to recline on certain routes.
• Please return your seat to the upright position whenever you leave the bus, even briefly.
• The bus has no restroom. Scheduled stops will be made for bathroom breaks.
• Please bring only luggage that can be safely stored in the overhead compartments or under your seat. If you need to store large luggage on the bus, please notify us in advance. Some small vehicles have limited luggage space.
• Bus seats are assigned by the company. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed.
• In an emergency, the tour conductor may need to use an otherwise empty seat next to you.
• Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals notified in advance.
• No refunds or compensation are available for complimentary benefits, such as entrance tickets or coupons, that you choose not to use.
• Under Japan's Work Style Reform Law, the tour conductor's working hours are legally restricted. Meal breaks during the itinerary may be designated as the conductor's rest periods.
• During designated free time, participants are generally expected to explore independently without a guide.
• Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour. When contacting us, please provide your bus seat number if possible.
• Perishable items, such as food, and items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please check carefully before leaving the bus.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
