• 【Hoheikyo Dam】 *The fee for the Hoheikyo electric bus needs to be confirmed based on the selected package content; some packages require on-site payment. *The autumn foliage viewing conditions may vary depending on weather and season.
• 【Sapporo Head Great Buddha Temple】 *Admission fees must be paid on-site and only cash payments are accepted. *Due to facility cleaning and maintenance between September 25, 2026, and October 20, 2026, the viewing experience may be affected.
• 【Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park】 *The park is quite large, so please explore freely according to the open areas and schedule for the day.
• 【Lake Shikotsu】 *Fees for water activities and other experience programs must be paid on-site, and their availability is subject to weather and on-site conditions.
• 【Shiroi Koibito Park】 *If you wish to visit the Shiroi Koibito Factory or participate in a hands-on activity, admission fees must be paid on-site.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
