Jozankei Dam may be adjusted due to seasonal, weather, or on-site conditions. If it cannot be visited, Hiraoka Tree Garden or other alternative attractions will be flexibly arranged. 10. Tour guide languages will be adjusted based on the composition of travelers on the day. Explanations will primarily be in Chinese; English or Japanese supplementary explanations are available for important attractions, assembly points, and safety information. 11. If you need communication in English or Japanese, you can inform the tour guide at any time. 12. This service provider reserves the right of final itinerary adjustment and interpretation.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants don't follow the rules
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
