Perfect stay. new and clean hotel. Great breakfast. Location is just oposite station. only minus is that there is huge development builded in front of it.

Deluxe Twin Room, Non Smoking · 2 Adults · 4 Nights

Location: Excellent location, with convenient access to the hotel via JR Sapporo underground. Arrival: Unfortunately, the arrival experience was disappointing and lacked of empathy. Due to the JR suspension, we had stayed at the airport overnight. While we understood the hotel could not arrange transportation, the staff’s response stating they were too busy to reply to emails left us feeling dissatisfied and unsupported. Breakfast: Semi‑buffet style, recommended adding more variety based on the price point. Guest room: Neat and tidy, the same as the presentation on the website.
