Reviews
What a fantastic experience. We had the pleasure of being the first group to this new cooking class. The facilities were great and the team were brilliant, sharing a real deapth of knowledge about Japanese cuisine and cooking. The food we made was delicious. Starting out making the Dashi Broth which is the staple of a lot of Japanese dishes. We carried this through to make , rolled egg, sushi and Udon noodles all with the base broth. If you are looking for expert knowledge and practical hands on cooking this course is perfect. Cooking demos and advise from a professional chef who runs a successful restaurant in the Gion area as well as a great team who spoke perfect English to explain everything and give a real understanding to the basis of traditional Japanese cooking. Thanks again to the team for such a great experience. I wish you all luck with the new class and am sure this will be successful as more people book and enjoy the course as much as we did.
