Mount Fuji Photo Check-in & Lake Yamanaka Sumo Performance Day Tour (Departing from Tokyo/Chinese & English Service)

Mount Fuji Sumo Performance is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Starting from 7/14, the Monday and Tuesday closures will change to Sunday and Monday closures. If the performance is canceled due to weather, it will be changed to an indoor tour or canceled altogether.

December 12, 2026, December 13, 2026, January 2, 2027, January 3, 2027, January 10, 2027, March 7, 2027, April 19, 2027 are confirmed marathon dates. We will adjust the order of attractions according to the actual situation. If there are unconfirmed marathon dates, we will also try our best to make appropriate adjustments based on the situation on that day. Please be aware. Thank you for your understanding. During peak travel periods on weekends and holidays in Japan (especially around Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), traffic jams are common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened according to the actual situation. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring light food and power banks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• We will contact guests by email before 18:00 the day before departure to inform them of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check promptly. During peak season, there may be delays. If you do not receive the information, please be sure to check your email for reminders.
• Due to Japanese law, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. The guide will reduce the itinerary according to the actual situation on the day of travel. Please be aware.
• Please be aware: As this is a shared tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
• To ensure your smooth travel, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making temporary changes. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons for changing the meeting point, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will do our best to arrange seating requests, but since this is a shared car tour, seat allocation mainly follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the coordination of the guide on the day. We hope to receive your understanding and tolerance. Thank you for your consideration.
• In case of bad weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of amusement facilities or show times, or even cancel some rides and performances without prior notice.
• This product may be adjusted according to factors such as weather. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stop times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce attractions in the itinerary.
• We will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of travelers. Vehicle types cannot be specified.
• During a group tour, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted part will be considered as voluntarily abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded. Travelers are responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or departing from the group. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. If the flower season or special activities do not meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware.

The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks. Travelers are advised to register carefully based on their health conditions.

If the itinerary is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refund will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

During peak travel periods on Japanese holidays and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring light food and a power bank.
