Booking the reservation was very easy for dinner that same day. Luxe Dining Hapuna at Shinagawa Prince Hotel was very nice experience AYCE buffet . The price is a lot cheaper than a buffet on Las Vegas strip. It’s a great change from other eateries and very enjoyable.

The free reservation service is great! However, the service staff weren't very friendly when we arrived. At first, they told us to use the reservation machine. After showing them the picture, they finally helped us find a seat. Overall, considering the value for money, it's still worth going!

At first, I just wanted to give it a try, but I didn't think that I could really book a Japanese restaurant for free with Klook. Since this restaurant only accepts phone reservations and I don't understand Japanese, I relied on Klook to help me book a seat. When we arrived at the restaurant, the owner had already prepared our dinner.

The meat was delicious, especially the wagyu cuts and the offal, which I'd never tasted so fresh. They also explained how to grill it properly. I would definitely go back and recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Very impressed! Using Klook to book this yakiniku restaurant is very convenient and easy. Just show the booking confirmation to the staff and you can sit down. No need to waste time waiting in line. The food is delicious. The quality of the meat is very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very good. If I come to Japan again, I will definitely use Klook to book again. Absolutely phenomenal! I booked through Klook and it was super smooth. The sushi at Yaesu Sushi Umi is on another level — every piece was incredibly fresh and beautifully crafted. The chef was very welcoming and explained each course with so much passion. I especially loved the toro and uni, they melted in my mouth. Easily one of the best sushi experiences I've had in Japan. Highly recommend it if you're looking for authentic Edomae sushi!

This was my first time booking a restaurant in Osaka through Klook, and I was really surprised! I thought it was only available in Tokyo, but it was so easy to make a reservation in Osaka. After completing the reservation, I received a photo of my seat reservation right away, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I just showed it to the staff and they guided me right away, which was really convenient. Osaka Yakiniku Horumon Futago had really good quality meat, especially the offal, which was very clean and fresh, and really delicious. The atmosphere was also lively, so I enjoyed the whole meal. Next time I come to Japan, I will book through Klook again!
