such an amazing experience. if you have the privilege please take advantage. many people don’t get to experience or a chance. the energy was great and the fans amazing! our guide was so amazing and answered all of our questions, and explained the history. if she didn’t know the answer she will stop what she was doing and find the answer for us.

We were heartbroken to have not gotten Grand Sumo tournament tickets from another broker, so we were thrilled to discover this option on Klook! The guide was punctual and so friendly. This ticket included entry to the Japanese sword museum and then entry to the tournament, a bucketlist event for my group! We will definitely return!

we had a wonderful time at the tournament! we don't normally join tour groups but it turned out to be fun- got to meettravelers from all over. kamayo was a great resource and very attentive.

Very interesting experience. knew absolutely nothing about Sumo before & really enjoyed the spectacle. The whole tradition & customs make it really worth while. Highly recommend.

such a sick experience once in a lifetime opportunity

The sumo tournament was great, good seats (A seats) , fun atmosphere. However, the guide did not provide any additional value. We figured out the rituals, rules, and order of the matches by googling and reading the English program. it was not good use of our time to have to meet 1 hour before entering the arena to wander around the Japanese Garden in our own; only to meet up again to enter as a group 1 hour later. Perhaps if the guide used that time to provide us with some background info on sumo; it would have enriched the experience. If we had the choice, we would only attend the later matches (starting at 3:30pm) rather than meet the guide at 12:30 to maximize our time in Tokyo.
