Parking Information

Our hotel provides a free on-site parking lot (height limit: 175 cm; weight limit: 1.5 tons). Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

If on-site parking is full, there are roadside parking spaces and paid parking lots nearby (self-paid; no reimbursement from the hotel).

On-site parking: Free

Roadside parking spaces: Free from 18:00–08:00

Dongxin Parking Lot: NT$20 per hour (no maximum limit)

Room Style & Preferences

Each room type offers two main styles: “Japanese-style” or “Sofa-style,” with options for high bed / low bed layouts.

Due to limited availability, the actual style, layout, and arrangement of your assigned room will depend on the day of check-in.

If you have style or bed preferences, feel free to note them in your booking. We will record your request and do our best to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.

Bathroom Types (Bathtub / Separate Shower)

If you must have a bathtub, please book a “Room with Bathtub” and clearly indicate this in the remarks, or contact us directly to confirm.

If no remark is provided or no call is made to confirm, the room will be assigned based on availability on the day, and it may be a room without a bathtub. Thank you for your understanding.

For guests who require a separate (dry–wet) shower, please also clearly indicate this in the remarks.

Check-in & Front Desk Service

Our hotel allows 24-hour check-in.

Front desk service is available until 22:00.

If you expect to arrive after 22:00, please contact us in advance so we can provide the self check-in instructions.
