We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

Mr. Lai is the best tour guide for this trip. He is professional, kind, and he makes the trip feel fun. He knows the best spots, and he even has the red card prop. He is a good photographer with flattering shots. He is considerate of our situation, like if there’s a need to go to the toilet, eat, etc. His car is comfortable too, good air conditioning and sitting. He uses his phone to communicate effectively when needed. Above all, he played F4 songs when we were entering the university! He made the experience really, really fun and memorable. He also made sure to airdrop the photos he took with his phone, right after the first stop. Thank you so much, Mr. Lai!

I purchased the tickets for single seater kart and the circuit is big! if you are slow driver, you probably can finish 8 rounds in 8 mins. if you are fast, you can get to 11 rounds. Totally recommend for anyone who likes go-kart as it is really fast and the circuit is the longest in Taiwan. You also have to buy the face mask(balaclava) for 100TWD

We had a great time with Sophie as our tour guide. She spoke very well and explained each destination making the trip more interesting. Definitely recommend taking this trip if going to Taiwan for the first time.

I really loved it; it was clean, tidy, and beautiful. As soon as I entered the room, there were plenty of cookies, drinks, and a small card. The front desk staff were also very friendly. From the outdoor park on the second floor, you can directly see the roller coaster, which is very interesting!

This was my first time visiting Lihpao Land, and we planned a two-day, one-night trip. I'm glad we drove, as the hotel was a bit of a distance from both the Outlet and the amusement park. Although a shuttle bus was provided, it seemed to operate on a schedule. The hotel's cleanliness was quite good, and the soundproofing was excellent. For a hotel, I thought the breakfast was pretty decent; the food was replenished frequently, and there was a good variety of fruits. Perhaps because they cater to many families, the food was very bland (though I found it acceptable). We originally planned to visit Discovery World on the second day, but I didn't want to be too messy when we went home. However, we found that even the fun rides still got us quite wet. Plus, with the afternoon showers, we didn't get to do much before retreating to the Outlet for shopping. If I were to come again, I wouldn't choose the package deal (accommodation with a two-day pass to both parks). I think just booking a room and a one-day ticket to Mala Bay would be great and enough to enjoy.
