Other Reminders
- Summer (March-October) meeting times: 09:15-09:30 at MRT Ximen Station Exit 4 / 09:45-10:00 at Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. The tour ends around 20:00.
- Winter (November to February) meeting times: 08:15-08:30 at MRT Ximen Station Exit 4 / 08:45-09:00 at Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. The tour ends around 19:00.

- According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0 to 4 or weighing less than 18 kg must use a child safety seat. An additional NT$300 will be charged for each seat. Please specify the number of seats required when booking so that we can prepare in advance. There is also space in the car to accommodate a baby stroller. (Note: If traveling by bus on the day of the trip, no additional fees are required.)
- The pick-up and drop-off service for chartered car tours covers the Greater Taipei area: Taipei City (excluding Yangmingshan) and New Taipei City (Sanchong, Luzhou, Banqiao, and Xinzhuang districts). An additional surcharge of NT$1,000 will be applied for pick-ups and drop-offs outside the designated Greater Taipei area. For the Taoyuan area (near the airport), an additional surcharge of NT$2,000 will be applied.
- To protect your rights, please ensure that your insurance information is filled out correctly. If there are errors, it may result in the inability to claim compensation.

- Rainbow Village is closed every Monday. At that time, only the outdoor area will be open for photos. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
