We really enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Onyado Nono Kyoto. Everything was well thought out for guests’ comfort — from the delicious buffet breakfast, unlimited ice cream and probiotic drinks, to the relaxing free onsen and massage chairs. These small touches made our stay extra special. The staff were very accommodating and kind, and we appreciated that they even allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout. We didn’t try the unlimited ramen since it had pork broth, but we hope the hotel can consider offering a pork-free option in the future for Muslim guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back!

The location was great! near Kyoto Station, Airport Limo Bus Stop, and the neiborhood is filled with local restos! the room was spacious and clean. the lounge was also huge. very nice staff. picture not related, but their claims and descriptions in here were true.

Great location!!! literally right across the train station. Only a 15 min walk to Nishiki Market and the shopping area. love our cozy room! complete amenities :) maybe add water on the lobby? will def stay again!

Kyoto stole my heart during this stay. The location made exploring so easy, with food spots and transport nearby. Staff were warm and attentive. Room was spotless and peaceful. Facilities were well maintained. I’d gladly return to Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shijo again.

Located in a relatively quiet spot in Kyoto, a city bustling with tourists, this hotel is just one subway stop from Kyoto Station and within walking distance of Kiyomizu-dera Temple. It is operated by JR West. We booked a Premium room, which included a bathtub. The interior space was very large, with enough room to fully open two 28-inch suitcases on the floor and still have space to move around. There were also plenty of power outlets, so charging various electrical appliances was no problem at all. In the B1 level, there is a gym and separate large baths for men and women, as well as some small snacks that you can take freely. Of course, washing machines are also available. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but there are many places to eat near the hotel. There is also a 24-hour convenience store within a 1-minute walk where you can replenish supplies at any time. In short, this is a hotel that I would choose again next time I come to Kyoto. It's really great!

Overall, it was great. Even with a late check-in, we were assigned high-floor rooms, and they were even connecting rooms. However, since it was a high-floor room, all the windows were locked, so the room ventilation wasn't smooth, which was a bit disappointing.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was a trip with my parents, and they were very satisfied! There are a lot of Koreans~~ㅋㅋㅋ The facilities generally feel new, clean and tidy. The breakfast is also fancy and well-prepared! The elderly will love it. However, the private bath has a slight bleach smell, so I only went in once and continued to use the public bath. The water in the public bath seems cleaner! It's painful and tiring to walk around outside, but it's convenient to have a hot spring in the accommodation~ My parents also liked it very much and were satisfied haha. Since I used a rental car, I liked that it was away from the downtown area, but it might be a little inconvenient for those who come on foot because it is far from the downtown area. In the case of renting, I paid about 15,000 won per day for parking, and when I checked out, I paid accommodation tax and hot spring tax, so it's a loss if you don't use the hot spring ㅋㅋ I liked it so much that I want to go again ㅠㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ

Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. We chose Japanese-style twin beds. They were incredibly comfortable with quality linens. The bathroom was a little tight with a deep tub. There is a tea set for use, hair dryer, safe, and storage space. The rooms seem pretty sound proof. It is a lovely neighborhood that is great for nighttime exploring. The western breakfast was a bit lacking but traditional breakfast was very good. The washer/dryers were not the greatest. I'd recommendgoing to the nearby laundromat. No amenities at this hotel but it was just enough. We really enjoyed it.
