The hotel’s location was easily accessible to the Kyoto Station and the airport limousine pick up and drop off location. Room was clean and decent in size, staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel’s common lounge area had a pleasant interior and cozy vibes for friends to talk or share a meal. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Amazing hotel, very close to Kyoto station and a Lawson (Konbini), most comfortable bed I stayed at in my 4 hotels during my Japan trip, free 2 bottles of water and clean towels every day. Only 'complaint' was that the in-hotel washing machine was a little more expensive compared to other hotels but I only had to wash my clothes once (since it was a long trip).

Very nice hotel during our stay in kyoto. The room was not too big but clean. The distance from the train station to the hotel is not too far and there are enough convenience stores around the hotel to find breakfast. The hotel provides a place and microwave to bring food from outside the hotel. It was very nice staying at The M's Kyoto hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Kyoto. I still can't get enough of Kyoto, it's so beautiful.

quite close to Kyoto station, probably 5-10 minutes walk. nice lobby area with plenty of seats for larger groups of friends to chill and have combini dinner together. rooms were modern.
