This five-star hotel has a very good ambiance. It is very clean, and the workers are accommodating, approachable, and always smiling. They always take great care of their guests. It was a very awesome experience, and I want to go back. breakfast:so good delicious food service:excellence

Such a memorable birthday celebration for my partner at Fili Hotel! The property is stunning, but the highlights were definitely the views—the cityscape of Cebu City from the pool is breathtaking, and waking up to the ocean in our sea view room was pure paradise. A huge shoutout to the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel so welcome from arrival to departure. Checkout was a breeze with absolutely no fuss. We are already looking forward to our next stay here soon!

The place is cozy and peaceful. The room is generously spacious and private. The hallways are even quiet.

second time here at seda and always loved the food! since a portion of ayala center cebu which is adjacent to the hotel is under construction, the pool area is unavailable to the guests. didn’t know that the pool could not be used prior to the booking of this hotel. therefore, check-in guests are allowed to use the pool of city sports which is across the hotel. it gives a little bit of inconvenience but it is understandable tho

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and always eager to help, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. We also appreciated the daily replenishment of condiments, and even requests for extra water were promptly fulfilled free of charge, a wonderful touch that added great value for money. For guests unable to attend breakfast, the option of a thoughtfully prepared packed meal adds an extra layer of convenience.

Breakfast is not buffet but good hotel location: near downtown (walkable) cleanliness: bedsheets has stain already upon check in service: staffs are accommodating.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a prime location in Ayala that makes everything easily accessible. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ayala Center Cebu, and there’s a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or running. A 7‑Eleven right beside the hotel adds extra convenience. I tried their in‑room dining service and was pleasantly surprised—the food was both affordable and delicious. I also appreciated the free water refilling stations available on every floor. The staff and management were very accommodating and understanding, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Cebu.
