The staff were accommodating and the room was clean, which we truly appreciated. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the comfort room, and we hope basic amenities like extra toilet paper and slippers can be provided without guests having to request them. It would also be great if special requests made during booking could be given more attention to enhance the overall experience.
