Great

Deluxe Room Parade View · 2 Adult(s), 1 child(ren) · 3 Nights

We stayed for three nights, and the room was worth it. You must book the parade view. It is the view of the cit and Osmeña street. It is just amazing. I requested for a small favor because it's my daughter's 7th birthday—just a birthday card, just greeting her upon arrival, saying, "Happy birthday, Kinah, enjoy your Cebu adventure." I confirmed it upon check-in. They said housekeeping didn't do it and they'll try to do it within the stay, but eventually it DIDN'T happen.Slightly disappointed with that. It's just a budget hotel, so I wouldn't expect much. The hot can improve on concierge, housekeeping and one thing is their towels. Their towels are a bit old, so I think they need to bulk purchase fresh towels for the hotel. The room and the parade view were just so great. I will still come back, if ever I come to visit Cebu. As a bonus, I got to see a display of Dr. Jose Rizal's actual pencil drawings, which is for me, it's just an amazing collection. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
