Stayed a night for our friends' wedding. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The ambience was classy, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also quite sulit. The location was also quite convenient. Only problem I had was the hotel gave me a different room than what I booked here in Klook (room that's one queen size bed instead of two beds). This one's the only point for improvement (both on the hotel and klook's side). Otherwise, I got more than my money's worth!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Location was convenient. Staff were lovely and courteous. Ambiance was chill and relaxing. This place is perfect for slow days. Their pool needs a bit more cleaning as my siblings found several bugs/insects floating, probably from the plants. My parents had to move to a different room as the aircon was jot working properly. Their toilets also need some maintenance repairs. Overall, my family and I had a relaxing experience at Montebello. I’d suggest reserving their Cabana by the pool and ordering from the restaurant so you can dip right back in or have dinner by pool.
