I was extremely satisfied with this trip, and I especially want to thank our tour guide, Richard Fu, and the driver team. Here are a few reasons why I wholeheartedly recommend them: [Professional Bilingualism and Excellent Adaptability] Richard's communication in both Chinese and English was very fluent. During the trip, when we encountered a minor detour, he remained calm and demonstrated exceptional adaptability, which made everyone feel very secure. [Attentive Care for Seniors] We had several senior members in our group, and Richard was incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire journey, constantly checking on their well-being and health. He was very kind to them. [Proactive and Enthusiastic, Full of Memories] He also proactively helped everyone take beautiful photos 📷, allowing us to capture very precious moments. [Smooth Pacing, Safe Driving] The timing of the itinerary was perfectly managed, never feeling rushed. The driver also drove very smoothly, making for a comfortable and reassuring ride. wonderful tour, enjoyed the walk around ikeda where the cup noodle museum is located, Arima town is beautiful , must wear sneakers for the long walk. Enjoyed all the activities, thanks to Junyoung our guide who snapped amazing photos for the group

This is the perefect itinerary for us because it starts at 11 am so we didn't have to wake up super ealry. It also allows us to explore the locations on our own with enough time without feeling rushed. Cave was an excellent guide! We were the only English-speaking tourist in the group but he made sure that we know everything that we needed, even if he had to repeat all that he said from Mandarin to English.

Guide(Lawrence) is wonderful. Trip go smooth and good experience. we spent 4 hr in outlet. and 90 minute at onsen and 90 min for Rokko mountain.

This was truly an amazing experience! I highly recommend our dedicated tour guide, Nick. He was very friendly and came prepared with a book of picture cards, offering humorous and lively explanations that made the entire trip rich and diverse. Himeji Castle in August can only be described as scorching hot, but Nick thoughtfully provided salt candies to help us prevent heatstroke. He guided us through the entire castle, revealing its charming splendor and teaching us so much! At every attraction, he made sure to tell us about local characteristics and recommend local specialties. In just one day, I gained a deeper understanding and a more lasting impression of Osaka and Kobe! I hope to have the chance to join such a wonderful tour again. Everyone should definitely support Nick! :)

We are very grateful to our driver and guide, Mr. Miraitowa, for his thoughtful service and explanations during this trip. Although we encountered rain, his attentive service made our experience very enjoyable.
