• Arima Onsen's Two Major Public Bathhouses Fixed Closing Days (2026 Current Rules) 1. Kin-no-Yu (Kinsen, brown iron-rich hot spring) Closing days: The 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month + January 1st (New Year's Day) Rule: If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, it will operate as usual on that day, and close on the following Wednesday. Operating hours: 8:00–22:00, last entry 21:30 Includes free Taiko Footbath, which closes on the same days as Kin-no-Yu. 2. Gin-no-Yu (Ginsen, clear radium carbonate hot spring) Closing days: The 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month + January 1st (New Year's Day) Rule: If Tuesday falls on a holiday, it will close on the following Wednesday.
• 【About License Plate and Guide Information】We will inform you of the meeting time, guide, and license plate information for the next day's itinerary via email before 21:00 Japan time on the day before your departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• 【Regarding Luggage Privileges】Each person may carry one piece of luggage free of charge. Any additional luggage exceeding this limit can be paid for on-site to the driver/guide at 2000 JPY per piece. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Driver-Guide Service】Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for a refined small group; Driver + guide service: 14-45 people for a bus group. The actual number of people will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. The driver-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by commentary.
• Regarding Force Majeure: Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund.
• 【About Late Arrival Refunds】As the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, we will not wait and no refund will be given. Please be aware.
• 【About Vehicle Models】Reference models: 5-8 seater vehicles: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater vehicles: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater vehicles: small bus; 22+ seater vehicles: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day.

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The following items are prohibited: firearms / weapons of any kind / illegal substances / flammable items
• Pets are prohibited

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
