This is a very good tour for you to know more about the places of interests in Kobe. The tour guide Tin is very helpful, gentle, soft spoken and friendly. His command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is extremely good.
The Kobe tour is very relaxing and enjoyable. Shout out to our tour guide Joy who was very nice and gave us a glimpse of the history of Kobe. The Kobe Port, the train ride to Mt. Rokko and having coffee in Starbucks which by the way was the first one in the whole of Japan, was worth the trip. Not to mention the Kobe Beef, super delicious!
We enjoyed very much our tour to Kobe. Love the sea breeze and the Kobe Beef is so delicious. For that reason alone, it is worthy to visit Kobe. Shout out to our tour guide Joy, very nice and accommodating. Truly enjoy every minute of this tour.
Relaxing day trip in Kobe area. Our guide Lily, was so helpful and friendly. She gave us great recommendations that let us explore at our own pace. The views at Kobe Harbor were stunning, and wandering through Kitano Ijinkan Street was a lot of fun with all the unique old European houses. When I reached Arima Onsen, it was a bit crowded, so I decided to chill out in the mini pool outside and dip my feet in instead. It was so refreshing! The night view from Mount Rokko was the perfect way to wrap up the day. If you’re in Osaka, you’ve got to do this trip!
Our group picked the Kobe City Tour since we had already done most of our shopping in other places. The itinerary and the pacing of the tour is just right for us who want to take it nice and easy. We also had a great guide, Zoe. She gave us very helpful information and always offered to take our photos for us!

This day trip is suitable for travellers who want to save time in planning of routes and mode of transport for visiting Kobe. Mini bus took about 30 minutes to reached Kobe from Osaka. The tour guide, Vivian is friendly and resourceful. She brought us to Kin no Yu and recommended Kobe beef croquette at ¥390. This day trip covers many places within a day. Worth it with promo code!
Guide Lily was very friendly and kind. She explained the places we were visiting whilst we were on the bus. the day trip was good but there were times where I felt like we were just wasting our time or needed to find something to do to kill time as not everybody wanted to do the onsen. out of our group of 16?… only 1 person was interested.. the onsen town was small and shops were closing by the time we got there, there really wasn’t much to do. before this, we were at Kobe, again… it would have been great if there were other spots could have been added to this because there wasn’t much to explore around the Mosaic area… the day was finished with the night view at Mt. Rokko… don’t forget to bring insect repellent… got bitten by mosquitoes so much!!! but ye, the view was nice but no need to spend too much time there… I thought 30 mins was more than enough.. that is including the tram there and back down.
