Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. At first I was quite apprehensive about the meet up location etc, but our guide, Jack, sent us QR codes for map directions promptly the night before the trip. Jack also shared some history about Japan and also gave us our quiet time to rest on the way to Mt Rokko. Really enjoyed the quaint streets of Ariwa after skiing at Mt Rokko and the food they offered. Thanks again, Jack, for making this so fuss free and enjoyable!

The Nara and Rokko Snow Park Day Tour is a fantastic mix of cultural and winter fun. Visiting Nara Park to interact with friendly deer and explore historic landmarks like Todaiji Temple was serene and insightful. Rokko Snow Park added excitement with beginner-friendly slopes and snow play areas, and the convenience of on-site gear rental was a bonus. The smooth transportation and well-planned itinerary made it a hassle-free and enjoyable day. Perfect for families and first-timers!

The facilities are very good, the service is satisfactory, and the location is great. There is a constant flow of visitors, so it is best to use the facilities early. The food quality is also good value for money.

Very nice room, first time sleeping in a Ryokan. Great experience, the Onsen was also a first and was really soothing.

You can buy tickets before arriving at the store, which is convenient and fast. It’s just right to soak in Rei Hot Spring after going to Rokko Mountain Ski Resort. The admission ticket includes a large bathroom and multiple hot springs, and there are also paid items, but I didn't have time to try them this time.

The price is more affordable than offline purchases. The basic package includes free towels and bathrobes, and a free salt bath after admission (subject to time and room restrictions).
