This is my Nth stay at Kindness Hotel Yuanlin. This time, I forgot my jacket in the closet. The front desk staff called me, and after cleaning it, they mailed it back to me three days later, which was very thoughtful.

This accommodation in Tianzhong is nice, but the price is a bit high (over NT$3,000 per night including tax), so it's more of a one-time experience. The breakfast should be more abundant to justify the room rate and provide better value. The room is clean and comfortable, with a bathtub for soaking and an outdoor balcony. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tianzhong Station on the local train, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is fairly lively, with restaurants like hot pot places. Unfortunately, it rained that day, so I didn't get to explore Tianzhong Old Street and the night market (the night market is only open on Wednesdays and Sundays!).

The hotel is new and well-maintained. It has self-service laundry, a kids' playroom, and a small gym. The facilities are pretty good!

It was thundering that day. Thanks to the service staff for helping us check in early. The cute cat at the door was a little socially anxious, and my children's enthusiasm scared it and it hid. There are many delicious foods near the hotel. I will definitely go there again next time☺️ Thank you

There is a great parking lot, the lady at the counter is pretty and friendly, there is a dedicated service to help open the door and take the luggage, the breakfast is rich and the room is clean and tidy!
