The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 2-3 minute walk from the BTS Thong Lo station. When it rained, the staff were so thoughtful and proactively lent us umbrellas. The Japanese-style management and service are top-notch; the front desk staff are polite, and checking in and storing luggage was very efficient. The room was spacious and clean with excellent soundproofing, and it even came with a TOTO smart toilet and a deep-soaking bathtub with great water pressure. There are plenty of restaurants all around, with a well-known mango sticky rice spot and massage parlors nearby. Traveling to the city center and the airport is easy. Overall, the value for money is extremely high, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Bangkok!

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near Asok Station and for the tour pick-up service. The reception staff were very pleasant, and they promptly contacted me when I left something behind after checking out! Thank you very much. The spacious room was very comfortable, but a group of young people in the adjacent room were talking until around 2 AM, and I could hear everything, so I couldn't sleep at all. I didn't hear any noise from the rooms above or below, but only the room next door was an issue.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok over the years, and my children also thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It has a perfectly sized swimming pool, spacious indoor areas, incredibly delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. It will be my top choice for my next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the BTS Skytrain station. There's a supermarket next to the hotel on the ground floor. The rooms are quite spacious at 35 square meters, and the hotel offers a full range of facilities including a swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and gym. Rooms also come equipped with a microwave and tableware.

Located on a quiet street, an 8-minute walk from the BTS (with a free electric tuk-tuk shuttle). There's a small pool on the top floor, two free washer/dryer machines, and a yoga room. I stayed in a simple but functional studio with a microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, cutlery, a safe large enough for a 15" laptop, a small balcony, TV, air conditioning, a Japanese toilet, and plenty of outlets. In-room massages are available, as well as various breakfast deliveries, bathrobes, real slippers, and a dishwasher. I stayed for 6 days. It was a very good stay. The staff was friendly in a small, intimate reception area.

This was my second stay, and I absolutely love the room design! The charging outlets are very convenient. The overall service was also good. Initially, I was given a room without a bathtub, but after I clarified that my reservation included one, they promptly moved me to a different room. However, the tap water in the room I stayed in last year was drinkable, but not this time. I made a mistake, but the hotel provided bottled drinking water. Also, the towels folded by the staff were adorable, which made me very happy!

I had a wonderful stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Bangkok. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, offering a truly peaceful atmosphere despite being right in the vibrant center of the city.
Location-wise, it’s super convenient to the BTS station, and what I loved most is that there are amazing, top-quality massage spots right around the corner, such as Life Massage and Nature Thai. It made unwinding after a day of exploring so effortless. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

I highly recommend staying at this place in Bangkok!
Although the room wasn't large, it had everything you needed and was very clean.
The water seemed to be specially treated; the travel showerhead I brought didn't change color at all after three days.
The location is also incredibly convenient. It's very close to the subway, and there are three 7-Elevens nearby, making it a great place to live. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back! ✨

cleanliness: very good
transport access: parking is tight and difficult, hotel vehicles often park at the corner making it hard to exit
hotel location: good, but the alley is deep, difficult to enter, and a bit narrow
