I would love to give give vince hotel a excellent 5 star rate! they exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is very good. The staffs and services is excellent! the breakfast buffet is the best! so many choices. the dinner buffet is also good. The service crews are attentive and kind, specially the one named Lily. She's very accomodating. No matter how hard it is to communicate, she keeps her smile always which made our mood a lot better. The complimentary head massage is ok. The complimentary Thai Traditional Attire Pictorial is very very nice. The free popcorn and apple juice 24/7 is very much appreciated. The welcom drinks are good too. The rooms are always clean. They clean the rooms everyday. The whole stay we had in vince hotel is convenient and comfortable! This place is highly recommended. We will surely be staying there again when we visit thailand again. This place is convenient, comfortable and affordabke.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was definitely worth every penny! They offer daily welcome drinks and free popcorn at the lobby. They also provide free Thai national costume rental, as long as you wear them within the hotel premises, for quick snap. What surprised us most was the food—during booking, we thought only breakfast was included, but at check-in, we were told there’s also a free daily late-night buffet meal! Plus, they have a convenient buggy service to Pratunam. Overall, such a great and value-for-money stay!

My family and I had a great stay at Vince Hotel! The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and I loved the thick and fluffy towels. Breakfast had a good variety, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The only downside is the location, as it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest BTS station. There is a buggy service available, but unfortunately it wasn’t always available when we needed it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable experience!

We had a great stay in Vince Hotel Pratunam. From the check in to the check out, the service provided was excellent. Would like to commend the staff for being friendly, accommodating & nice. The extra services they extend to guests like their “buggy service” and their free Thai traditional costumes photoshoot are the best “icings on a very delicious cake”! Would definitely book another stay here again with family and friends.
