The doors are very tight to open. Staff is very accommodating, friendly, and nice. Location is five stars. So easy to go around Pratunam. Rooms are clean, bathroom too.

very accessible to train and shopping malls like pratunam mall and big c,tofu skin care,central world.Staff are polite and very accomodating.The room is always clean,kudos to all the staff.Had a great stay here.

i love this hotel and will always keep on coming back. the vibe from morning til late night you will never go hungry because once you step out of the hotel food is everywhere. a few steps the souvenir shop and the start of shopping for clothes is there also. see you soon bangkok.

The refrigerator and air conditioning in our room both broke, so we had to transfer to the first building in the middle of our stay, while our other companions remained in the second building. This was inconvenient, especially since we were traveling as a group. Also, only one key card was provided per room, and we had to pay a deposit to get an additional card. We hope the management improves room maintenance and provides better convenience for guests. With proper upkeep and a few improvements, the hotel could offer a much better experience.
