The unit itself is ok. The room was cleaned daily and housekeeping was great:) but there were some staff who were not helpful. The conceirge did not seem to want to help except to ask us to get the taxi from them to the airport. Before that , they did not offer any help. Location was ok, walking distance to the train station . I wont stay there again though cause it is quite tiring to keep climbing up and down the stairs to go to the washroom.

I arrived in Bangkok very late and had a late check-in. everyone was so helpful and the room was beautiful. I stayed for 2 nights, so I didn't ask for housekeeping services. Breakfast was included with my room and it was a nice buffet with a mix of Thai and western food. I loved that I could order an omelet to eat with my food. The BTS was about a 10 minute walk away, which made going where I needed to very easy.

the room is spacious and pretty with an amazing view of Bangkok. the location is perfect - uncrowded, clean, and peaceful. Two train stations are also within walking distance. We had a lovely stay here ✨
