Cozy environment. All staffs are super professional and friendly. Location is superb. The connection room is awesome for families. Negative point is, the toilet has no shavers, the shampoo and body soap is poor. The washing machine was dirty inside, lack of maintenance. The kitchen have stoven but has no way to cooking because have no pan. That's my first visit to Thailand. I don't know if the toilets and bath rooms are all the same at others 5 stars hotels in Thailand. So, bring your own toothbrush, shampoo/soap, and shavers. The internet speed is poor. Its just 20mb/s or less and have to do the authentication procedures daily. The restaurant buffet is good. I recommend the a-la-carte and the buffet. The Sauna / Onsen doesn't allow childrens under 120cm. There are some good quality restaurants surrounded. I advice to use Grab service instead of normal taxis. Others good things about the hotel you will discover yourself. Some things I cannot write here. 🤭 I gave 3 stars for facilities because the Onsen usage restriction. One more thing, the location is good, but is difficult to get there by car at rush hours due to traffic jam. All taxi drivers will ask you some extra fee because the high traffic jam in that avenue and all surrounded roads.
