Eric Kaneshiro is an amazing guide! During the bus tour, he explained everything in great detail and in different languages, making the whole experience very enjoyable and easy to understand. it’s a beautiful tour, don’t get me wrong. but have clear expectations to what you’re going to see, if you have travelled Japan, there will be nothing new for you to see. I wouldn’t put this as top of my list for visiting Sapporo. Tour guide was great and I have no complaints about organization or tour company.

I brought my friends along, and we all had a great time. The drive wasn't short, but the multiple stops for rest and breaks made it manageable. For some attractions, we had the option to purchase tickets to enter, and there was no pressure to do so. The driver was very kind and always gave us timely reminders for meeting times.

I took the trip with hide cai. I liked the pace and the sites were what I wanted to see. The tour guide spoke English well and was able to provide valuable information about the sites that we visited. The weather also cooperated today and we did not encounter any rain.

Everything is excellent in general from transportation perspective, Wei (our driver) was great. Our tour day was cloudy so Mt. Yotei was not seen clearly. The schedule was packed with limited time to tour around if you have any elders with you. When we get to Lake Toya, most of the restaurants were closed, not sure why. We couldn’t get in to one of the opened restaurants because they were closing as well or they just didn’t want to service a group of 6. Everyone were flocked to close by 7 Eleven. Fireworks were acceptable as they repeated the same pattern from the left end and slowly move to the right end. If you don’t take the boat, then you just walk along the lake to view.

We loved our Hokkaido Mount Yotei tour! The hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything so easy, and the small group size kept it relaxing. Our guide, Wei, was right on time and a very safe driver, so we felt totally comfortable the whole day. The schedule wasn't rushed at all, giving us plenty of time to sit back and enjoy each stop. Highly recommend Wei and this tour!

Our guide, Alex, was great and helped to take photos of many of us. He also shared bits and pieces of information about the attractions we went to in English and Chinese. The timings allocated for each attraction was also just nice. For those without transport, this was worth the money.

I recently took this one-day tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, and it was absolutely worth the money. It is a very well-paced itinerary that allowed us to see several of Hokkaido’s most beautiful natural landmarks within a single day without feeling overly rushed. Our guide, Xixi, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Not only did she provide great commentary on the sights we visited, but she also shared a wealth of "insider" recommendations for other locations to visit in Hokkaido and pointed us toward the "best in category" restaurants for local food.

Such a beautiful and well-planned tour! Every destination was worth visiting, and the itinerary gave us a really nice variety of scenery and experiences. We chose the option with the scallop set lunch, and it was delicious. For me, this tour was truly worth every penny and one of those tours I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Hokkaido. Catherine was also one of the best parts of the experience. She is very knowledgeable, clear with instructions, calm, gentle, and genuinely kind. She even took time to take photos of us at every destination, one by one, which I really appreciated. You can really feel how considerate she is toward everyone in the group. I also loved that she reminded us to thank our driver at the end of the tour, such a simple gesture, but it showed how thoughtful she is.
