Libby is a fantastic guide, highly skilled, organized, and quick in managing every detail. What makes her truly special is the way she takes care of her guests with kindness and attention. She single‑handedly managed a large group while still giving support to each person individually. We sincerely wish everyone could have the chance to meet a guide like Libby! Joining this tour was also a wonderful way to see incredible places such as Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen, which would be difficult to reach all in one day without such great organization.

Our tourguide Iris Lien was ver friendly and engaged, kept up the good spirit despite heavy rain ! The Shifen Old street felt little stressed because of the mass and the lantern ritual, but in general it was a well planned tour :) Personal Highlight was the Cat village

Frances was an amazing tour guide. She’s bubbly and a genuinely happy soul, and she was very informative throughout the trip. I really enjoyed my experience — without her help, it wouldn’t have been the trip I had imagined. The trip was awesome, and I hope I get the chance to join one of her tours again when I return to Taiwan.

This was a self-guided tour, so there was no tour guide, but overall it was a great experience! The itinerary was clear and easy to follow, and each stop was enjoyable. Everything was organized well, making it convenient to explore with plenty of time each place. I would definitely recommend this tour my family and friends.

Thanks to the gentle driver Caleb, I was able to successfully complete my first overseas 효도 (filial piety) tour with my mom! Other bus tours are good too, but I wanted a private trip, so I chose a taxi tour ㅎㅎ. He drove comfortably and gave us plenty of time at each tour location, so there was no problem sightseeing! He speaks English fluently, so there were no communication problems ㅎㅎ. I asked him to drop us off at the night market instead of the hotel, and he agreed~ This may vary depending on the guide, but I think you can adjust the itinerary and let them know! Thanks to him, I was able to buy delicious pineapple cakes and nougat crackers cheaply ㅎㅎ. Thank you, Caleb :)

Perfect Trip down from Taichung to Taipei which suited to my plan save time and money transferring cities. The Driver/Guide 卡子 is really friendly and interactive throughout the trip by sharing many info on the places we went. He is also super helpful and passionate on helping every passenger to have the best memories of the place by taking lots of beautiful picture without fail by no means you need to open your mouth cause he will be always around you waiting for that chance to render his service. Well Done 卡子he’s really one of the most helpful driver/tour guide I have ever met. Thumbs up to him!!
