Patchwork Road (Biei) tours

My Tour Guide was Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin! She offered everyone to take their pictures (she’s very good at taking pictures!!! always say yes!!) Definitely recommend taking a Tour with her. I went on the Tour with the destinations Asahiyama Zoo, White beard waterfall, Ningle Terrace. The Ningle Terrace got canceled and replaced with the Blue Pond, due to weather conditions and limited Bus spots. This can happen any day unexpectedly, the Blue Pond was still nice but since it’s currently winter it was covered with snow and no blue was seen. Overall, happy with the Tour and definitely money worth!! My favorite was the Waterfall and the Penguin Walk at the Zoo!

We managed to cover many places. However, I feel we can omit the snow mobile and extent the time at the Zoo. The guide Mr. Hong was very accommodating and friendly. He gave us sufficient time to take precious photo Of the famous tree by the name of Ken & Mary tree and also stopped at R&R to allow us to relief ourselves! In addition, he also sent us messages on the meet up time and map of the places that we were visiting so we could fully made good use of our limited time in each attractions!

I went on a tour with our tour guide, Sunny. He's very very very nice and helpful. He provides a lot of information and makes sure everyone's satisfied and I am. The best guide I ever joined tour with so far. The trip was fun especially the snowmobile. The zoo is good. If you join a tour and get Sunny as your tour guide, you're lucky. I'll come back!

We are very satisfied with this trip! Our tour guide Leo is 10 out of 10! He is fluent in English and Mandarin, and his explanations were very detailed! He has a thorough understanding of the itinerary! He took great care of the needs of the travelers! Very Nice👍🏻 This day trip started in the afternoon, which meant we could have a full lunch before departing, which was better than leaving early in the morning! At Shikisai-no-Oka, be sure to pay to ride the snowmobile! It costs 15,000 yen for 30 minutes, but it's worth it! The scenery is super beautiful! The lonely Christmas tree 🌲 is really just one tree 😂 The Shirahige Falls aren't that special! The Blue Pond is very beautiful👍🏻, and the highlight is the Terrace of the Forest Spirit, we were so lucky we got in! So beautiful, so many photo spots! It would be a shame if you couldn't go! Luckily, we got to go 😂😂😂👍🏻👍🏻 Very praiseworthy! Personally, I would like to visit this place again! I suggest staying longer, one hour is too short! 😂😂😂 But we are already very satisfied with today's trip! Thanks again to our tour guide Leo! If we have the chance, we will definitely join your company's day tour again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.

Our tour guide Xi was nice, organised and gave good tips during the tour of where to go and what to try. His recommendations were spot on especially the egg pudding in Shiragawa. Get in early to get the original pudding to avoid disappointment. We managed to still get the coffee and custard and they were delicious! It snowed and was magical. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear as sleet and water can get into your sneakers, otherwise we had the best day!

i had a great time with Mr Li/ Lee idk. I swear he didn’t ask me to write this review like how other tour guide would. I was just very pleased with the quality of the tour overall and because the terrace was closed due to the bad weather. I think it’s a very legit reason so I wasn’t very sad with that. It was a pity, but no one could’ve predicted it and it was already a very, very long tour we had to spend nearly 9 hours on the bus alone, so make sure you make it comfortable to sleep on the bus. the tour guide himself was very friendly and funny unintentionally he was a bit clumsy, but I can sense the genuine energy of him just happy to be around. regarding the meeting place. I have read some reviews about missing the meeting place even though they came early. I think that is very unreasonable because the meeting place is very very easy to find. just meet at the first floor ground floor of the separate TV station that will be posters, and like that would be many many people being there
