We had such a great experience with our tour guide, Will! He was so funny, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of our questions. He made the whole day enjoyable and kept us laughing.
We didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because it was hiding behind the clouds, but the tour was still absolutely worth it! I really appreciated that Will and the team waited a little longer to give us a chance to see if the clouds would clear. It showed how much they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible.
Will even gifted us a Japanese golden turtle, which symbolizes longevity and good fortune. Such a thoughtful little souvenir that made the experience even more special.
Our driver was also wonderful and got us everywhere safely and comfortably throughout the tour.
I highly recommend this tour! Even without seeing Mt. Fuji, we had such a fun and memorable day. We’re planning to book again when we come back during the winter, and hopefully Mt. Fuji will show itself next time! 🗻🇯🇵

This was my first ever overseas trip, so I was a little nervous about travelling somewhere completely new. Booking this guided tour was one of the best decisions I made, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience.
Our guide, Erik, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing so much interesting information about the places we visited and the history of the area. He was also approachable which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable.
Seeing Mount Fuji, exploring Hakone, experiencing the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai made for such a memorable day. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was amazing to experience so much in one day.
A huge thank you to Erik for making my first overseas tour such a positive and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time visiting Japan! 🇯🇵❤️

Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time on the Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge thank you to our tour guide, Captain Jack, for making the whole trip so enjoyable! He was with us throughout the entire journey, making sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and knew what was happening at each stop.
We visited beautiful Hakone, went to the volcanic area where we tried the famous black eggs, enjoyed the scenery around Lake Yamanaka, and even got to feed the ducks. We also had a delicious Japanese eel meal, which was definitely one of the highlights of the day!
Captain Jack was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Having him with us for the entire trip made everything feel easy and relaxed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience.
Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Jack as your guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were lucky with the weather because we were able to see Mount Fuji completely and from various locations. Mandy gave us all the information about the places we visited and the best tips to make the most of them. She was also very thoughtful in offering to take photos with our phones, finding good angles for the lakes and Mount Fuji.

Even though there was a traffic jam, Ko our guide didn't cut any of the attractions which was very kind of him. it's not his fault we got back late. it was a good day trip. Will recommend to everyone.

The weather was better than expected and I got great views of Fujisan. Golddy was amazing in letting us know where to get the best photo spots and also introduced the snacks we should be trying along the way. This tour packs a lot of spots but I think the time given at each stop was good enough.

What to know about Owakudani
Owakudani (Ōwakudani) is an area around a crater of the Mount Hakone volcano, which erupted approximately 3,000 years ago. It's famous for its active volcanic activity, where you can see sulfurous fumes rising from the steam vents and bubbling pools. While you're there, you have to try the famous black eggs, called kuro tamago. These eggs are boiled in hot springs and are said to give you seven extra years of life! If you're up for more adventure, the Owakudani Trail is a fantastic place to hike with amazing views of Mount Fuji on clear days. You can also hop on the Hakone Ropeway, which offers awesome views of the volcanic land and Lake Ashi as it takes you from Sounzan Station to Togendai Station.
