- Mount Fuji Weather Alert: Mount Fuji's visibility is affected by weather and cloud cover, so we cannot guarantee that you will see the entire Mount Fuji on the day of your visit. Visibility is often lower, especially in summer (June–August).
- If viewing Mount Fuji is an important purpose of your trip, please be sure to check the local weather and visibility more than 24 hours before departure and adjust your itinerary in time. This itinerary can be canceled or the date changed free of charge more than 24 hours before departure.
- If local authorities have not issued weather safety warnings or notices of complete road closures, the itinerary will proceed as scheduled. We cannot cancel the trip solely because Mount Fuji is obscured by clouds or due to rain.
- Weather is an uncontrollable natural factor. If Mount Fuji cannot be seen on the day, [please consider weather factors and our service quality separately when leaving your review]. Thank you for your understanding!
- Traffic advisory: Severe traffic congestion may occur on weekends and Japanese public holidays, and travel time may be significantly extended. Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
