Great 4.0
The hotel has a free parking lot, making it convenient for self-driving. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with amenities, and there is a large public bath on the top floor. The only drawback was that on the last day, when heading to breakfast, we found that the room door would not lock and could be opened with just a turn of the handle without needing a key card. This wasn't an issue before, so it was likely not set properly after housekeeping on the second day. Security definitely needs improvement.

Super clean room and a very clean hotel. I was able to do my laundry for less than ¥200. It had soap that was automatic in the washer, which was so convenient. They had a vending machine that including items to heat with water. The receptionist called me a cab for in the morning and scheduled it on time. And the breakfast was free with the room and was fabulous . I had many many selections. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Everything was good. Even having free onsen for stay in guests. One thing that disappointed me was, I booked room with Mt Fuji view. I am OK if I were informed upfront during check in. Not when I checked in the room only realise it was not the room type I booked.

This hotel is amazing and cute. The are like container homes on wheels. I stayed here before and I made reservations again to stay there another night. The only thing it needs is where to put your luggage if you get there before check in time. I went to another hotel where it had locker and it had a combo lock . The would work here perfectly since it’s self check in.

A wonderful stay experience! Although it was cloudy and drizzling for three consecutive days and we couldn't see Mount Fuji, the room was fully equipped and very clean, and we had a great time. The kids were thrilled to sleep in the loft. Although the accommodation stated that breakfast was not included, coffee and tea were provided in the room, as well as frozen bread every day, which was delicious when lightly heated in the oven.
