We had a great experience with our guide. Liao was very attentive, friendly, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with a smile,l. We highly recommend him. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

I was very lucky to see snow at Katsuo-ji Temple this time. The time spent at the three attractions throughout the trip was good and not too rushed. The biggest advantage of participating in Klook is that it solves the transportation problem, and you can take a good rest on the bus. The only downside is that the front and rear seats were a little small. Finally, I would like to thank Xiao Qin for taking us from the parking lot to the entrance, and for kindly reminding us that the meeting time was approaching before the meeting time.

Kyoto was more than expected ! arashiyama and the last train ride was last for all times amazing experience !!

Actually a great experience with a multilingual guide (Naomi). Timing and guidance was well paced and genuine. The boating activity was excellent and very accessible (and entertaining). There was no end of the day pressuring or "revew begging" from the guides to leave high ratings which really highlighted their professionalism. Thanks for an amazing day.

I had a REALLY great time, Bunny, the tour guide is very very kind and she knows a lot about the places we visited, me and my family are Mexican and we could understand her English very very well. it’s a really beautiful experience and the train is beautiful!! the views are spectacular!

It’s truly an eye-opening experience to be here at the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest—especially when shared with your loved ones. unfortunately the boat was cancelled due to the rain.
