【Before the Trip】

• This itinerary is a fixed international group tour route. Travelers will share a vehicle with other passengers. Temporary stops are not possible in non-scenic areas during the trip; your understanding is appreciated.
• Please be sure to arrive on time at the designated meeting point. If you are unable to participate in the trip due to personal reasons such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the trip, and related fees will not be refunded.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car service with a driver also acting as a guide may be arranged. In a small car setting, the pace of the itinerary will be more flexible, but the driver will prioritize safe driving, and the commentary along the way will be relatively brief; your understanding is appreciated.
• This itinerary is an international group tour. Passengers in the vehicle come from diverse backgrounds, and the guide will provide service and communication in Chinese/English bilingual or simple multilingual forms; your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, weather changes, or other force majeure factors. In case of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. If you need to catch a flight or have other travel arrangements on the same day, please be sure to allow ample time.
• Each traveler can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. If there is any excess, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece must be paid to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note the number of luggage pieces when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding based on vehicle space availability, and related fees will not be refunded.
• Seniors over 70 years old or pregnant women participating in the trip must contact staff at least one day before departure to request and sign a waiver, and return it to us, to ensure travel safety.
• Cherry blossoms and maple leaves are natural landscapes and are greatly affected by climate. The actual blooming/leaf-changing time may be earlier or later. Once the trip is confirmed, no refunds or complaints can be made on the grounds that the flower conditions or maple leaves did not meet expectations; your understanding is appreciated.

【During the Trip】

• The停留 time at each attraction has been planned according to the overall itinerary. Please adhere to the meeting times to avoid affecting the overall itinerary arrangements.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic, weather, or crowd flow. In case of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation can be requested based on this; your understanding is appreciated.
• During holidays or peak tourist seasons, traffic congestion may occur, and the guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary order based on actual conditions.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the car. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group or depart midway after the trip begins, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler will be solely responsible for personal and property safety.
